IF A RESERVATION IS CANCELLED DUE TO POSITIVE COVID TESTING, WE REQUIRE A LOCAL DOCTORS NOTICE SHOWING ALL INFO FROM ANY AND ALL PATIENTS AND CLEARLY SHOWING THE TEST RESULT!

For a reservation with up to 9 people, we require 48 hr. Cancellation notice before boat departure time to be eligible for a full refund.

For reservations with 10+ people, we require 10 days cancellation notice before boat departure time to be eligible for a Full Refund.

If you arrive after the boat has left the dock or do not show up for the tour, your ticket is NON-REFUNDABLE!
